There are national organizations that have honed their mission over time, navigating political, cultural and economic as well as religious diversity. On this page we profile just a few organizations, and welcome your additions.

The Council on American Islamic Relations

A well-established, strong and capable voice. Has local chapters that provide resources and up-to-date information on local politics and religious issues.

Global Immersion Project

This vibrant organization leads peacebuilding groups to Israel and Palestine. They provide intensive education both before and after their trips and bring a wealth of experience in the MidEast to their task.

Seeds of Peace |
This organization trains college students as interfaith leaders.
A national leader in providing conferences and other resources on Islamic life
and interfaith dialogue. Among other fine efforts, the Center sponsors a summer Youth Interfaith Peace Camp that is a great model for others.
This international organization empowers youth as knowledgeable, aware and skillful advocates for peace. Their annual camp in Maine hosts youth from around the world in discussion and education. If only they had an adult chapter.
